Simon Gaston – Founder and CEO
Simon is the founder and CEO of Venture Capital Advisors Ltd (VCA).
VCA invests in technology and innovation focussed SMEs at the early to mid stage, where access to quality sources of capital is vital for growth. Simon leads the business from their registered offices in London.
Simon has extensive international Financial Services experience spanning more than 25 years, spending much of that time working internationally across Africa, the Middle East, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
He has held executive positions in a number of the Blue Chip Global Investment Banks and has an in-depth understanding of the Financial Services sector.
Simon has a unique set of experiences having run Private Banking businesses, alongside 15 years covering Corporate and Institutional clients and is qualified with the Association of International Bond Dealers and is a member of the Securities Institute.
Before establishing VCA, Simon was CEO and Executive Board Member of Barclays in Switzerland, heading their Private Banking and Wealth Management business.
In 2015 Simon joined Falcon Private Wealth in London, an Abu-Dhabi Sovereign Wealth company, managing their £2bn Asset Management business as CEO and Executive Board member.
Alongside a strong track record growing commercially successful and client led businesses, Simon has significant IT, programme and strategic change experience having been accountable and the executive sponsor for numerous multi-million dollar global technology and innovation related investments.

Sis Barseghyan – Managing Director
Sis is the Managing Director of Venture Capital Advisors Ltd (VCA).
He is primarily responsible for sourcing and executing opportunities in the Private Equity Sector, identifying private markets investment solutions that cater to the needs of institutional clients as well as to those of private investors across the European, Asian, Middle East, and US markets.
Sis develops and implements strategies for delivering superior performance by restructuring, repositioning, and turning around investment opportunities, and actively participates in all stages of the transaction process and investment management.
Sis began his career at DNB Markets and Barclays Capital, where he held several roles in Leveraged Finance and Infrastructure M&A. He then moved on to Travco Corporation where he was responsible for growing and managing the portfolio of hotels in Europe, CIS & Russia, and strategically advising 370 hotel properties.
Most recently Sis served as the Investment Director at BT Invest, and Managing Director, where he sourced and executed opportunities in commercial real estate.
He is also the founder of Invista Capital Advisors, which invests in the hospitality sector.
